Project Name: Vendome Phase II
Developer: Barry Swenson Builders
Location: San Jose, CA
Description: Just steps from the Civic Center VTA light rail station, Vendome Phase II will be a 12-story residential tower for 122 condos including 8 live/work units on the ground floor.
Status: Conditional GreenTRIP Certification Announced February 14, 2012. City of San Jose Planning Commission hearing on Vendome scheduled for Wednesday February 22, 2012. Agenda and staff report here.

Developer: Resources for Community Development (RCD)
Location: Martinez, CA
Description: This 49-unit project in downtown Martinez will provide quality, affordable housing to low-income seniors living with HIV/AIDS.
Project Name: Priya at Riverside
Developer: Priya Living
Location: San Jose, CA
Description: Priya at Riverside is a proposed five-story senior community of 150 units. Amenities will include dining, meditation space / yoga studio, cinema, community gardens, and wellness center.
Project Name: California Hotel
Developer: East Bay Asian Local Development Corporation (EBALDC)
Location: Oakland, CA
Description: California Hotel is a proposed rehabilitation of 150 SROS to 137 total units (120 studios, 12 1-bedroom and 5 2-bedrooms). It will also include community gardens and arts programming and gallery space.
Project Name: 1110 Jackson
Developer: East Bay Asian Local Development Corporation (EBALDC)
Location: Oakland, CA
Description: 1110 Jackson is a proposed seven story multi-family building with 98 units with a roughly equal split of 1, 2, 3 bedroom units. This project will also include a community health clinic and computer center.

Description: This project is 85 units along a designated transit corridor.
Developer: Avalon Bay Communities
Location: Pleasant Hill Bart Station TOD
Description: Avalon Walnut Creek is a partially mostly constructed 422 unit apartment community. Amenties include fitness center, pool spa, outdoor barbecue areas and outdoor fireplaces. The project is situated on the Town Square, a one acre open space. 20% of the units are designated to be affordable to those who meet the requirements for very low income. In addition there is approximately 35,000 square feet of retail on the ground floor.
Developer: Ivy Grove Partners (Pocket Development)
Location: San Francisco, CA
Description: 401 Grove will consist of 61 flats in two separate buildings surrounding an interior courtyard. Nine units will be reserved as below-market rate units available to first time homebuyers with income limitation of 100% of AMI. Allotment garden plots will be provided on the roof for residents. At least 29 bicycle parking spaces will be provided.
Developer: Railroad Square Associates (RSA)
Location: Santa Rosa Future SMART Station
Description: This project is a new town square for Santa Rosa focused around the future SMART station. The project includes: 118-for-sale condominiums with classic 3 story town homes; an affordable housing component with 68 units for low income senior households, will be located in The Cannery Building, and sits above a 52,000 s.f. community recreational facility. There is also a four story office building which will have ground floor restaurant and retail lining the new square.
When these project achieve Full Certification they will be listed on the Certified Projects page in chronological order of certification date.
