Care-free and car-free...

On glorious days like Saturday, Drew and I might have been tempted to drive out of the city to go on a hike.

But the Challenge kept us in check and got us on our bikes for a gorgeous ride through the city and witnessing some nasty car traffic we were so happy not to be sitting in.

I really want to thank our very good friend Landon, who flew in and out of San Francisco this weekend, and was very understanding about NOT getting picked up or driven to the airport.  And he stayed car-free, too: no taxi cab, but took MUNI and BART both ways.
