Last DAY!

I admit it: I'm glad the challenge is going to be over.  It was a great learning experience, and I didn't have to put gas in my car all month, but I'm ready to drive again.  I am still going to incorporate transit into my life, but maybe with a little more balance.  Congrats everyone!  We did it!

I mean, we WILL have done it... at midnight... I really can't drive today because I am THAT close to my goal!  ha!

I spent all of yesterday not

I spent all of yesterday not driving too. I was pretty close to my goal and if I had driven even into town I might have gone over. My sister wanted to go shopping yesterday (for a swim suit, a little late in the season, oh well) and I convinced her (ok, ok, I bribed her with a chocolate mouse cake from the Cakery) to walk with me to town and she did! So, I didn't go over my mileage goal, but we sadly found no swim suits. The chocolate mouse was great though. Thanks for all your super entertaining and inspiring blog posts!
