From Parking to Paradise: An Evening with Professor Donald Shoup

Wow! We're sold out! If you'd like to attend, please email Anjali Mehta, with name(s) and phone number, and she'll add you to the wait list.

Join us for an incredible night of learning and conversation with renowned urban planner Donald Shoup, UCLA professor and the leading expert on parking policy.

For too long, outdated parking codes, traffic policies, and misconceptions have built overly-paved places where you have to get in a car to pick up even a gallon of milk or loaf of bread.  In fact, taking on parking policy is one of the most important ways we can make our communities more walkable.

That’s why you’ve got to hear Donald Shoup’s fascinating and eye-opening talk about how we can rethink parking and revolutionize our cities in terms of the environment, economy, and social justice.

Moderator Ann Cheng, TransForm’s GreenTRIP Program Director, will lead a question and answer session just following Professor Shoup’s presentation.  To submit your questions for Professor Shoup in advance, go here
