There are so many reasons I'm taking the challenge. The oil spill in the gulf is just the latest reminder that our addiction to cars is unhealthy and unsustainable.  Besides, walking and biking is just more fun.  I love exploring Sacramento on my bike, or taking my dog for a walk to the grocery store.
