What We are Looking For

About the position

TransForm seeks an experienced, highly organized individual with good communication skills to collaborate with our team in implementing our Safe Routes to Schools (SR2S) activities in selected public schools throughout Alameda County.

We are hiring for one position, either a site coordinator or program specialist, to be determined  based on the candidate’s experience and skills. See below for requirements for each position.

CURRENTLY this position is a work-from-home position due to COVID-19, with occasional trips to participating schools and our Oakland office. When it is safe to re-open our office, the position will no longer be remote. In the meantime, TransForm will work with the selected applicant to review and ensure that work-from-home equipment is appropriate.

This position may require working occasional evening and weekend hours.
