Charlotte Rosen is the Membership and Communications Associate at East Bay Housing Organizations, or EBHO. She graduated in 2013 with a B.A. in History from St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota and joined EBHO in 2014. She continued her westward movement across the country to the Bay Area and spent a year working as the Volunteer Coordinator for Satellite Affordable Housing Associates in Berkeley, where she managed 30+ ongoing volunteers, directed volunteer outreach, and established a lasting program structure for the Volunteer Program. Through working with affordable housing residents and the volunteers that provided them with services, she developed a strong consciousness around housing development and services, which translated into a desire to become more involved in housing advocacy and policy work. She hopes to be forever involved in community-driven and coalition-based advocacy work around housing, homelessness, and racial and economic justice. When not at EBHO, you can find her reading history books, watching ESPN 30 for 30 documentaries (strangely addicting), or seeing live music.
